Raised in Paris, Sophie loved little matching sets of things, particularly if they were orange. She attended the Ecole Duperré in Paris, where she studied Textile Design and Applied Arts. She also picked up her favorite pastime of baking. She moved to New York to work in the craft department at Martha Stewart Living Magazine, developing craft and decoration projects and appearing on Martha's TV show. Moving back to Paris, Sophie designed sets for fashion shoots and styled for books, magazines, catalogs, album covers, and videos. Clients include Galeries Lafayette, Dior and Orange. Her book, Le Manuel des Manuels, will be published by Super! Editions in 2012.
